How do I apply for an Elevate Account?

  • Sign up via our web application page where we will ask for more information related to your business.

My Elevate application is successful. What should I do next?

  • Download Elevate through your Google App Store. Once done, select the country you wish to use Elevate (currently our feature is only available in Singapore and Indonesia).

  • Select country and choose product as "Elevate Accounts" and proceed to Login.

  • Note: For first time login, you are required to set up your mobile number. Click on continue and a 6-digit SMS code will be sent to you (valid for 2 and half minutes). If code has expired, please resubmit for new code. Once the mobile number is verified, proceed to create a password (should be a minimum of 8 characters with 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and 1 number).

  • Tick on the Elevate T&C box and submit your sign up request. You have successfully created an Elevate account. You will be required to re-login using the email and password that has been created earlier.

What documents do I need to apply for an Elevate Account?

  • In most cases, we do not ask for any documents as part of the application process. We use Singapore Government’s MyInfo Business solution to collect necessary information to process your application.

How long does it take to open an Elevate Account?

  • Most applications are approved in minutes but may take up to 1 business day.

Why do we need so much information from my MyInfo and MyInfo business? What are optional? Do I get to decide what to share?

  • As part of the Elevate app, we offer a number of licensed products which require proper Know Your Customer (“KYC”) checks before we can onboard any customers.

  • We collect the data points needed to allow you to sign up for any of our offerings with ease. Unfortunately, you cannot share specifically what information you share with us via MyInfo Business

If I open an Elevate account, will I automatically get a virtual credit line (VCL)?

  • No, this is considered as a separate application process. You may submit your request for our credit line via this link.
